There's always a trend with Halloween costumes. Every year, there seems to be a few favorites that reign supreme. A couple years ago it was Harley Quinn or Pokemon. Last year, I saw more than my fair share of Elevens and Barbs from "Stranger Things". This year has it's favorites too!
