Remember the guy who channeled his inner Kramer and tried to take 10,000 aluminum cans from Kentucky into Michigan for the deposit return? Key word - TRIED.

Yeah, he just got out of going to jail for five years.

According to Fox2Detroit.com, Brian Everidge plead guilty in Livingston County court and paid a fine of $1,230.

My prediction? He won't be the last to try this. Not with all those Seinfeld reruns airing 24/7.

Somewhere out there, the dream is alive.
