Taste of Country Lansing 2018 at Cooley Law School Stadium this Saturday is going to be a TON of fun. Here are six things that I'm looking forward to...(There were a lot more on my list but I thought I'd try to keep it short.)

    The National Anthem

Before he takes the stage at 5pm on Saturday, Drew Baldridge will be kicking off the festivities at TOC by singing the national anthem. Seeing the color guard and hearing the national anthem before we kick off Taste Of Country is always very special.

    Banana Don & Runaway June

If you've paid close attention, Banana Don has said that he's going to ask Jennifer Wayne from Runaway June for a lock of her hair because she's the granddaughter of John Wayne and Banana wants some of John Wayne's DNA....yes, I know...creepy. So, I want to see if he actually asks her...

    Aaron Watson's Style

This will be the first time that I've seen Aaron Watson perform. I'm a big fan of his song "Outta Style" so seeing him finally perform it live will be a lot of fun! He takes the stage at 6:55pm.

    Frankie Ballard

Years ago Frankie Ballard played for our WITTLE Country Christmas Party and he was awesome! He has a real high energy show AND he's a Western Michigan University alum (just like me) so of course, I'm excited to see his show again.

    Brett Eldredge (And Edgar)

There are LOTS of great Brett Eldredge songs that he'll be performing on Saturday. "Mean To Me", "The Long Way", "Beat Of The Music" are just a few of my favorites. Brett will take the stage at 9:35pm. Sidenote: Brett is known to bring his dog, Edgar, to a lot of his shows. So be on the lookout!

Taste Of Country is always a chance to see our WITTLE family let loose and have a good time. Through the years we've had the pleasure of meeting TONS of listeners at TOC. We hope you can join us again this year...and of course, if you haven't purchased your tickets yet for TOC-presented by your neighborhood Michigan Ford dealers--it's not too late! You can buy them here! We'd love to see you on Saturday!
