Someone In Michigan Is Missing A Few Thousand Dollars

Are you missing a few thousand dollars?

It appears that someone is and it's been found in Birmingham, Michigan. Officials say a "few thousand dollars" was found loose on the ground in the Detroit suburb, and now police are waiting for its rightful owner to claim the cash. The money was found Thursday in a commercial area near Woodward Avenue in Birmingham.

According to the Detroit News, the person who found the money turned it over to the police. Police officials are not releasing specifics on the total amount or the exact location of where it was found--for obvious reasons.
