Small Town Michigan Man Quits Apple Job to sing, Lands on Nick Jonas’ Team on ‘The Voice’
This Rockford Michigan man quit his job at Apple, to pursue his singing career, and last night on the Voice he scored a position on Nick Jonas' team. His name is Bradley Sinclair and he recently made a move to Nashville Tennessee to break into the business. Bradley says he has loved music since the days he was in diapers and at 12 he started singing. Bradley says the pandemic has slowed him down and hasn’t been able to perform a lot.
Last night he was on the voice live auditions and performed Say you won’t let go, by James Arthur. By the time he finished his song Nick and Kelly had turned their chairs.
MLive reports “I currently live in Nashville, Tennessee, but I’m from a little town called Rockford, Michigan,” Sinclair said after he gave the performance of his life. “What part of Michigan is Rockford,” asked John Legend. “It’s north of a city called Grand Rapids,” he replied. “I’ve been to Grand Rapids before,” said Legend. “I know you were there,” Sinclair pointed at Nick Jonas. “I met one of your backup singers at the Apple store. I sold him an Apple watch.”
John Legend said his range is serious, and Kelly Clarkson said “I love your voice, I love the passion in it." Bradley chose Jonas which will elevate him to the Battle Round. It was a good night for Jonas who scored some great talent for his team.
