A Long-Awaited Downtown Lansing Opening

Sea Leveaux Cajun Boil is a fast-casual style eatery that focuses on a build-your-own-bowl meals with Cajun seafood—think crab legs, crawfish, scallops, shrimp, potatoes, corn, gumbo, and more!

We first learned that Sea Leveaux would be coming to Downtown Lansing in March 2025 with news that it would be taking over the former Grand Traverse Pie Company location. Now, the wait is over because this seafood restaurant is planning a grand opening for this week!

Sea Leveaux Finally Has an Opening Date

Mark your calendar for Thursday, July 2 and get ready for lunch because Sea Leveaux plans on opening at 11 a.m. You can find this new eatery at 200 S. Washington Avenue.
