Ready To Boot Scoot Boogie? Learn To Line Dance in The Lansing Area
One question I have been asked many times being in country music radio the last 25 years is, do you know how to line dance? The answer is no, but in hindsight, I should have learned many years ago. I have worked in many country bars and folks really enjoy line dancing. Thinking about it I have had many missed opportunities to dance with a lovely gal and with friends.
Line dancing is a great way to meet people, it's great exercise and from what I have seen is very fun to do.
Some of my friends here in the Lansing area venture to to Belleville to line dance on weekends to Diamondback Saloon, a little over an hour away.
If you're looking for something closer to home to use your cowboy boots or dancing shoes. There are dance classes here in the Lansing area to give yourself a good workout. So get ready to do your favorite line dance.

We just do a lot of line dancing. This is cardio base so it's a lot more energy we put into it than just your average line dancing," said dance instructor Susan Fhaner. She started teaching dance eight years ago and has taught around 400 dances so far.
Check it out every Monday and Thursday night at The Barn in Charlotte and Siren's Bar on Jan. 11th. And don't worry about messing up. It's a fun night of laughing, joking, and shaking your bootie, lol. Sounds like they have a lot of fun.
