Best Pumpkin Patches Near Lansing for Fall 2026

It took Michigan about five minutes to go from "still feels like summer" to "where are we getting pumpkins?"

Cool, cool.

If you're ready for pumpkins, cider, donuts, corn mazes and all the other stuff we're legally required to do once fall arrives in Mid-Michigan, several pumpkin patches around Lansing are either open now or getting started this weekend.

Pick Your Own Pumpkins Near Lansing

Brimley's Pumpkin Farm in Mason opens its U-pick patch for the 2026 season on Saturday, September 26.

This one's a little different from some of the bigger fall attractions. Brimley's describes itself as a low-key, no-frills pumpkin farm. You walk the patch, find the pumpkin you want, and that's pretty much the idea. They're open weekends from 10 a.m. to dusk.

Cider, Donuts, Corn Mazes and More

Up in St. Johns, Uncle John's Cider Mill already has its pumpkin patch open.

And Uncle John's is more of the full fall experience. They've got more than 30 acres of pumpkins, along with a corn maze, pumpkin train, wagon rides, cider and donuts.

Choice Farm Market in Webberville starts its Fall Adventure on September 26. It's open Saturdays and Sundays through November 1, with a corn maze, cow train, pumpkin house, slide and other activities.

There's also Country Mill Farms, Bakery, Orchard & Cider Mill in Charlotte, where pumpkin picking is already underway. They've got pumpkins in the patch and pre-picked pumpkins near the farm market, plus cider, donuts and other fall activities.

Barkham Creek Farms in Haslett is an easy option for pumpkins, cider, donuts and a smaller corn maze.

And if you don't mind a little drive, Flushing Farms has pumpkins, corn mazes, rides, animals, cider and donuts... the whole fall starter pack.

So yeah, it's pumpkin patch season.
