New Sci-Fi Film Franchise Debuts – Nicole Kidman vs Tarantula
Over the weekend, while you were taking a nap or eating an elephant ear at the fair or shaking your head at Facebook posts or the U.S. government, Keith Urban's wife, Nicole Kidman, was poolside, wrestling a huge tarantula as it tried to attack her children.
I may have over-sold the actual incident, but Nicole did have to capture and subdue a tarantula at her home. Which is nothing for someone like her, who grew up in Australia - a place which is just a nursery for plants and animals bred to kill humans. (Crocodiles, great white sharks, the funnel-web spider, the death adder, box jellyfish...do I need to continue?)
