Tickets are on sale for the North Pole Express' 2018 season. Tickets usually sell out by October, so now's the time to make sure you get a seat - or 12 (you can have the whole caboose to yourself and 11 of your friends for $1500)

According to MLive.com, the North Pole Express season lasts from November 16th to December 22nd, every Friday Saturday and Sunday. The Pere Marquette 1225 (the basis for the train in the movie "Polar Express") departs from Owosso, travels to the Ashley, MI Country Christmas celebration, where there's a two hour layover.

If you can't wait until next Christmas to take a ride, the 1225 does other trips starting in August. But, without Santa.

Or, all those kids jacked up on sugar. Just sayin'. (Oh, relax - I know, they're all adorable)
