More Lefty’s Cheesesteak Shops To Open Around Michigan

I feel like I'm always writing about food and drinks but listen, I just really miss normal life and being able to go out to eat all the time, alright?

Have you been to Lefty's Cheesesteak yet? If you haven't you might have to take a little trip over to Flint cause they just opened one this week! The metro Detroit-based shop is located at 3243 Miller Road, Suite C.

They opened their doors on Monday at 10 a.m. and had a line wrapped around the building as soon as the doors opened. Chief operating officer for Lefty's Cheesesteak, Carlos Guzman, Lefty's cheesesteaks are unlike any other.

The core offering here is the cheesesteak. There is no cheesesteak like this anywhere in America. That is our core offering. It’s a very generous portion. It’s a great price value for the customer.

Lefty's Cheesesteak is made with ribeye steak, grilled onions, and an American/Swiss cheese blend. They also have the Southpaw which is all of the same ingredients plus nacho cheese sauce and crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos. Otherwise known as heaven on a bun. Those may or may not be my choice of words but I mean come on, how good does that sound?

They also have chili cheese fries, curly fries, fried mushrooms, the Southpaw wedge and more. The Southpaw wedge is a dish made with fried potatoes plus all of the ingredients the Southpaw hoagie comes with.

Guzman says that several more locations will open in Michigan over the next few months. They plan on adding Lefty's Cheesesteak shops in Grand Blanc, Jackson, Burton, Kalamazoo, Portage and Chesterfield Township.
