Glenn Frey, who grew up in Michigan, but came to fame with the Eagles by writing songs like "Take It Easy", will be forever standing on that corner in Winslow, Arizona. Frey, who passed away in January, will be honored with a life-sized bronze statue in "Standing On The Corner" Park in Winslow. No word on when they'll get "girl, my Lord, in a flat-bed Ford" sculpture.

According to 12news.com in Arizona, the money needed for the statue was raised with the help of two Phoenix DJs - Mark Devine and Paul "NeanderPaul" Marshall.

I laughed when I saw his name was "NeanderPaul" and then, well....
