Michigan’s Jeff Daniels Talks About His Struggles With Alcohol

Jeff Daniels has done a lot of great movies, TV shows and Broadway plays (except for maybe Dumb and Dumber To) in the past 35 years. And, if you haven't ever seen Escanaba in da Moonlight, (which Jeff wrote and directed) you should probably surrender your Michigan driver's license, right now.

According to msn.com, Jeff's also struggled with alcohol for a long time, which is something I'd never heard before. We've interviewed him a few times. You'll never meet a nicer, more down to earth guy.

Recently, the NPR affiliate in New York City sat down to talk to the "Pride of Chelsea, Michigan" about getting - and staying sober.
