Michigan’s First Confirmed Cougar Kill Since 1906
Todd Richard will start serving his 30 day jail sentence on Friday, for killing a cougar last December in the U.P. He killed the cougar while he was in the U.P., deer hunting with his son and 68 year old father. According to his story, as he told it to MLive.com, he was afraid the cougar was going after his unarmed father, so he shot it.
If what he says happened is true, I think I would have done the same thing. What do you think?
