Michigan vets to be featured in WWII “Eagles Nest” documentary
Imagine being 19 or 20 years old in 1945 and standing in Hitler's living room at Berchtesgaden, his vacation home in the Bavarian Alps. John Miller and Ross Brown from Bay County, can tell you all about it, because they were there.
And according to MLive.com, they'll be featured in a soon to be aired (we don't know exactly when) History Channel documentary all about the capture of "Eagle's Nest", Hitler's mountain hideaway. Recently John and Ross and other vets who helped capture the home were at Brown's house to be interviewed about that day. We'll update you when we find out when the show will air.
