Michigan – Michigan State game to kickoff at night for first time
Here's something I was surprised to find out today - the Michigan/Michigan State football game has never kicked off at night. It might have had a late afternoon start and been played into the evening, but in 110 years, it's never started at night.
That's all going to change on October 7th when the game kicks off at 7:30PM, in Ann Arbor. According to MLive.com, parking lots in Ann Arbor that day will be open for your tail-gating pleasure at noon. And that has some people worried. The thought is that a big rivalry game like this automatically leads to more drinking than usual and when the game starts so late, things might get "ugly". But, what are you gonna do when you have to go by what the TV networks want?
What do you think? Think it'll be a big problem?
