Michigan May Get A New Agriculture Museum
Plans are in the works for an agricultural museum in Michigan that would include a collection of 6,000 farm toys as well as displays on the history of agriculture and agriculture technology. The Daily Telegram of Adrian reports that the museum would be built in Blissfield which is located about 55 miles southwest of Detroit. If you're looking to make a donation, the museum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit under the auspices of the Lenawee Community Foundation. Contributions can be sent to 603 N. Evans St., Tecumseh, MI 49286. Checks should be made out to the Lenawee Community Foundation, with a notation of “farm museum” on the check.
