It's a group project, but you have to hand it to the people behind "Michigan House" - an actual rented house, full of Michigander creative goodness, set to wow the crowd at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas next week. According to MLive.com, the house will be full of Michigan music, art, food, beer and film, for anybody who wants to see what Michigan has to offer creatively.

Michigan House debuted at the SXSW Festival last March. Since then, it's been to Art Prize in Grand Rapids and the North American International Car Show in Detroit in January. Which is nice - but, IMO, is like preaching to the choir.

I'm still a big fan of the idea, though. Kudos to Creative Many Michigan and the rest of the groups involved.
