Michigan guy goes walleye fishing – catches monster sturgeon
According to MLive.com, yesterday, a guy named Joey Johnson went walleye fishing on the Saginaw River and ended up catching a huge sturgeon. The fish had to released back into the river, but Joey estimates it was about 5.5 feet long and weighed between 60 and 80 pounds. And yes, he has the photos to back him up.
He says he got the sturgeon on a walleye lure - but, from the photos, I'm wondering if Cheez-Its played a part. Hmmm.
Congratulations Joey. Here's the story - with photos.
