A recent study by the adult video site Clips4Sale has revealed that "vore" is the most searched fetish in Michigan. And the Mitten State's not the only one - it's also the most searched fetish in seven other states, including Vermont, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, Nevada, California and Hawaii.

It's a unique fantasy that's apparently only growing in popularity.

Understanding Vore

Vore, short for vorarephilia, is basically an erotic desire to consume (or be consumed by) another person or creature.

As you might assume, this is primarily a fantasy-world thing - mainly expressed through stories, artwork, videos and role-playing games. Common themes involve a "predator" consuming its "prey".

Variations of Vore

Apparently there are multiple ways that "vore" takes place in the fictional world, including:

• Soft Vore: wherein the prey is swallowed whole and remains alive within the predator;
• Hard Vore: which involves chewing and digestion, often much more graphic;
• Unbirth: wherein the prey is consumed into the womb;
• Anal Vore: wherein the prey is consumed through the... well... you get the idea.
