Michigan DNR Doing Research on Large Deer

According to the Detroit Free Press, the Michigan DNR is embarking on a 3-year research project to track the Michigan elk herd.

Or, is it the moose herd?

I will admit - the elk pictured above are Tule elk, from California - known for their love of sushi and astrology. But, that was the best "elk" photo I could legally use, so....
