Michigan Breweries Honored at “Best of Craft Beer” Awards

The "Best of Craft Beer Awards" just wrapped up in Bend, Oregon and six Michigan breweries made us all proud by taking home medals.

According to MLive.com, 150 style categories were judged, with entries from breweries located all over the world. Out of the six winning Michigan breweries, the one closest to us was Grand River Brewery, in Jackson. They took the silver medal in Herb and Spice Beer and the bronze for their American Style Cream Ale called "Lake Rat".

Lake Rat Beer. I like it.
