Lansing Curling Club To Host Curling Classes
Did you watch Team USA win gold in curling at the Olympics? Did you say to yourself, "hey, that's something that I'd love to try?" Well, you're in luck!
The Lansing Curling Club (yes, there's a curling club right here in our area) is giving people the chance to try their hand at the sport with several different sessions coming up in April and May. According to their Facebook page, during the 90 minute session, you'll learn the basics of curling, learn how to slide and even throw a few rocks!
There will be several sessions taking place on April 20th, April 27th and May 4th. There will also be Kids & Families curling sessions held on May 5th and May 19th. All skills and athletic abilities welcome and spots are limited! The curling sessions will be held at Suburban Ice in East Lansing. Click here to learn more and to purchase your tickets.
