I guess "deer-deterrent sprinkler systems" are a thing. I'd never heard of one, but then,  I have enough trouble bringing deer in close.

I bring this up, because I was just reading about a spectacular house up for sale in Charlevoix, on Lake Michigan. According to ClickOnDetroit, this log-home has 4 bedrooms, 5 and a half bathrooms and 8 fireplaces (what the...?) and it's for sale for $2.9 million. Which is way down from the $3.49 million it was listed for last summer. It IS beautiful. It's got a couple hundred feet of frontage on Lake Michigan and four wooded acres. And a "confessional door in the master suite dressing room"  - whatever that is.

I laughed when I went down to the comments section of this article and saw:

"How do you know if you have too much money? You put a sprinkler system in to scare deer off!!"

Thanks you - "Skidoo Rider"

So, reduced by $600,000 - and you still get the deer sprinklers - I'd jump on this if I were you. And if you still have problems with deer up there - I might know how I can help.
