Lake Effect Snow To Hit Michigan Later Today

If you've got any travel plans on the west side of the state, you should know that lake effect snow is going to hit that area very soon. According to the National Weather Service, snow is expected off of Lake Michigan from overnight today (Wednesday) and will last through the day on Friday. Officials say the heaviest snow will fall from the Thursday morning commute through the Friday morning commute. Here's a map of what's to come from the National Weather Service:
