Police are still looking for the person or persons responsible in the fatal shooting of a Lansing hunter that occurred on Friday, November 16th. Police say that 68-year-old Chong Yang was shot while deer hunting at the Department of Natural Resources Rose Lake state game area north of Clark Road in Bath Township. According to a news release from the Bath Township Police Department, police still believe the death may have been the result of a hunting accident. However, they add that several items that were suspected to be in Yang's possession prior to his death have yet to be recovered.

Police are still asking for the names of any individuals that hunted near that area on Friday, November 16th. Also, anyone with trail cameras that are set up in that area are encouraged to contact the Bath Township Police Department at 989-224-6792.
