Inventor Creates Color-Changing Ice Cream

If you've been waiting for the day when your ice cream changes colors while you're eating it, well that day just got a little closer thanks to a Spanish physics professor. Manual Linears created a frozen treat called Xamaleon, which is a fruity flavor that starts off blue, then turns pink and winds up as purple.

How does it work? Well, he won't reveal too much other than the colors of the ice cream change due to saliva and the temperate variations. Also, apparently for good measure, there's something he uses called "the love elixir." (Which I don't want to know anything about...)

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you feel about this) it's not available in the Unites States yet but it might 'soon'....whatever that means...
