I am a huge breakfast cereal fan and will eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and even a late night snack. I can easily eat two or three big bowls, and that's why I don't always keep it in the house, or I would eat it every day  And have you walked down the cereal isle lately? It's HUGE. So many brands and kinds to pick from.

Here is some good news for cereal fans. Post is now giving us something you are sure to love. Starting this year they will have new Fruity Pebbles ice cream, cake mix, crisps, and the return of Chocolate Honeycomb in bite form. And I am excited that Post is also bringing back Waffle Crisp cereal according to delish.com.

Waffle crisp was one of my favorites growing up. I also loved Count Chocula, Boo Berry, Super Sugar Smacks, and Kaboom. All with too much sugar I guess. I do enjoy some of the healthier choices too, like Special K and Raisin Bran.

But is cereal healthy? It can be according to cnn.com.

Depending on the type you choose, it can have just as much protein as an egg, the same amount of fiber as oatmeal and almost as much calcium as a cup of yogurt, once you add low-fat milk.

I sometimes us almond milk in mine which is healthier, and I can't even tell the difference depending on the cereal.

So do you have a favorite cereal that you wish they would bring back?  What's your favorite on the shelves now?
