Meet Dennis: The Karaoke Sensation Taking East Lansing By Storm

You can likely find karaoke at least one bar in the area every night of the week.

But no matter where you might go, there is one spot that holds a special place in many karaoke goers hearts, and that's Crunchy's in East Lansing.

Crunchy's has karaoke every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, and they've been doing it for years upon years... it's kind of an institution. So of course, they have their regulars.

Dennis is an older gentleman, I would estimate in his 70s or 80s, who really enjoys karaoke. And the fellow karaoke goers love him, that much is evident in these two videos that I came across on TikTok.

Users @hipposaredeadly and @emars300 posted videos to TikTok tens months apart that show Dennis singing and giving it all he's got.

Perhaps the best part of it all is seeing how the crowd reacts to Dennis' performance of a crowd request.

In what seems like an unlikely choice, Dennis can be seen and heard singing the popular metal song, "Bodies" by Drowning Pool. Give it a watch and see the crowd's enthusiastic reaction in the video below.

Even people in the comment section are in love with Dennis, with one person saying, "Protect Dennis at all costs" and another saying "when's your next concert king I want front row". Check out more of his adorable performances in the video below.
