I really don't need another reason to drink coffee, because I really do love it. My parents had coffee made, and available all day long. Been drinking it since I was 8 or 9. The first thing I do to start my day is grab a cup every morning. Recently I have learned that Black coffee is a rich antioxidant. Chilled, flavored, of just black, I am a big fan, plus I enjoy stopping at Biggby, or Starbucks in Lansing occasionally.
If you're a coffee drinker like me, you are gonna dig this new study that just came out according to dailymail.com. Researchers are saying that drinking a strong cup of coffee 30 minutes before your next workout can boost your bodies fat burning process.
The team suggests that the caffeine increases fat oxidation, helping you to burn off the pounds more easily. What's more, this effect is even stronger when you workout in afternoon, contradicting previous research which has suggested that exercising first thing in the morning is most effective.
This is no surprise, but caffeine is one of the most commonly consumed performance enhancing substance in the world, of course coffee is a great way to get it. I am not a fan of caffeine pills, or energy drinks. Most of those drinks have many chemicals. If I do have one occasionally, there are a few that are more natural and better for you. One of the energy drinks I do like a lot is celsius. It tastes good and does not wig me out.
