Did This Michigan Town Just Set a World Record?
Saturday afternoon, Nashville, Michigan broke the Guinness world record for longest ice cream sundae. Or, so they think. Organizers won't officially get word for another six weeks, according to the Detroit Free Press.
The "Nashville Sundae", built on a stretch of M-66, was 1800 feet long and composed of vanilla ice cream and covered in strawberries, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cherries. And started melting ten minutes after they started building it. Thank goodness somebody brought spoons.
