Detroit Marathon Runners Shorted On Shirt

Six weeks after they ran a marathon, thousands of runners who participated in the Detroit Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon and other weekend races in October are still waiting for their participation shirt.

According to WDIV, race officials say the shirts are on their way and they are promising that the 27,000 shirts will be in the mail by December 6th and added that "sometimes shirt happens." (A classic line, by the way...)
