Dale Jr will miss his 5th consecutive race this weekend when NASCAR races at Bristol Saturday night. In case you haven't heard, Jr. suffered a concussion as a result of a wreck at Michigan in June. It actually took a few weeks for the symptoms to start affecting him, but since then he's been doing therapy. In his podcast last week, Jr said doctors used to prescribe a lot of rest after a concussion, but the current thinking is to continue daily activities as normal - with specialized therapy to help his balance and "gaze" issues. We should know next Tuesday or Wednesday if Jr. will be driving at M.I.S. next weekend.

Yesterday (Thursday), Hendrick Motorsports published a series of Instagram posts from Jr, to show you some of the therapy he's been doing. I thought it was pretty interesting.
