Clinton County To Conduct CodeRED Test On Wednesday

If you live in Clinton County, or know someone who does, please be aware that on Wednesday December 20th at around 10am, Clinton County will be conducting a test of the CodeRED emergency notification system. What does that mean exactly? Well, here's what they say about the CodeRed Test:
