Luke Combs has the No. 1 country album of 2019. The country star's debut record, This One's for You, is the highest-selling album of the year.

Combs' 2017 release tops Billboard's year-end list of top-selling albums, likely buoyed by his banner year of sold-out concerts and No. 1 singles. The rising superstar also released both a new EP and his sophomore album in 2019, which could have led newer fans to look back and discover his original record.

Billboard's list of the top country albums of 2019 is based on Nielsen Music sales data. Maren Morris' sophomore album, Girl, released in March, is in the No. 10 spot, making her the only artist, aside from Combs, to rank within the chart's Top 10 with a record actually released this year. Half of the 10 records were released in 2018, and two more arrived in 2017. The final two albums are from -- yes, really -- 2016 and 2015.
