Biggest buck in Michigan this year? Here’s your first contender

Last Thursday, according to MLive.com, Andy Harpster, the "bow-hunting hippie" of Allen, Michigan, took a HUGE 240 pound, 11-point buck in Hillsdale County

Seriously. It's HUUUGE!

This is the perfect combination of a guy hunting his own land, planting food plots and letting smaller bucks go so that they get big. This buck was estimated to be 6 1/2 or 71/2 years old. And, I know - there are a lot of huge bucks in southern Michigan.
