Back in the 30s, according to fox17online, your Michigan State Highway Department produced a film called "Winter Comes To Michigan". It featured the biggest stars of the day and cutting edge effects.

Did I say stars and cutting edge effects?

I'm sorry - it starred your grandfather waiting for his school bus and a "foreword" written on a roll of toilet paper.
