The first round of the 2018 NFL draft takes place next Thursday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington (Dallas), Texas. The Cleveland Browns have the first pick. A lot of mock drafts have Southern Cal's QB, Sam Darnold going to Cleveland with that first pick. (LandOf10.com has Wyoming's Josh Allen going first) But, more importantly,  where will the Michigan State players end up?

According to the Detroit News, only one Spartan was invited to the NFL Combine this year - center Brian Allen, who ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. thinks will go in the draft - but probably in the late rounds. Others hoping to be drafted, or signed as a free agent next weekend, are linebacker Chris Frey, running back Gerald Holmes, defensive end Demetrius Cooper and kicker Brett Scanlon.
