It's been a rollercoaster for all of Michigan on Season 10 of the "MasterChef" TV show. Last week, in Part 1 of the premiere, we were introduced to chefs Liz Linn of Durand and Micah Yaroch of Grand Rapids. Liz has safely made it into the top 20 and is going forward on the show - which airs tonight on Fox47, at 8PM. Micah, on the other hand, impressed chef Gordon Ramsey last week, but will have to battle it out against two other contestants to see which one will make it into the top 20. We won't know who Micah will go up against until tonight, on Part 2 of the premiere.

And here's a surprise: According to MLive.com - tonight, on MasterChef, we'll be introduced to chef Jason Keefe - billed on the show as a "truck contractor" from South Carolina. Sure - NOW he lives in South Carolina, but we've learned that Jason grew up and went to school in Muskegon and Central Michigan University. According to a friend of Jason's, he told MLive that Jason cooks up signature dishes he describes at "NorSo", which combines things like venison from northern dishes and grits from the South.

Should be interesting. Good luck to Team Michigan tonight!
