If you know somebody who works for the State of Michigan, in downtown Lansing, their latest workplace hazard is bedbugs crawling across their desk. I wish I was joking, but I'm not.

According to the Free Press, in December, an employee at Constitution Hall on West Allegan St. saw a bedbug and they had to call in the "bedbug dogs" (seriously, I'm not making this up). The dogs identified two infected chairs (you're not eating lunch are you?) that were removed. (Um - where are they now?) Last Friday, another bedbug was sighted in the same area, just minding it's own business and walking across somebody's laptop. The area has been cordoned off. Today the dogs will be back to search the area. So, bring treats.

Don't worry, that itch you feel is probably nothing.
