According to an article at AdWeek.com, people want to DIS-connect from everybody else these days. That's why they're going to adult summer camps and turning off their smartphones. Seems they just want to do what people have enjoyed doing for the last million years - spending time with a few people they like, while they find themselves.

And that's why there are campfires.

Marketing agencies, who have to know what people are thinking, before it becomes "a thing", are catching on. The people at Horizon Media say the "disconnecting" really started taking hold about 6 months ago. Maybe it's because a survey showed that people now check their mobile devices 134 times - every day.

So, if you want to make some money - buy some vacant land and build a campground up north. Otherwise, buy some vacant land up north - and a gate.
