The Bath Township Police Department posted an update on their Facebook page this week reminding residents that they are still looking for the person or persons responsible in the fatal shooting of a Lansing hunter that happened on Friday, November 16th, 2018. Police say that 68-year-old Chong Yang was shot while deer hunting at the Department of Natural Resources Rose Lake state game area north of Clark Road in Bath Township. Police are still asking for the names of any individuals that hunted near that area on Friday, November 16th. Also, anyone with trail cameras that were set up in that area during that time period last fall are still encouraged to contact the Bath Township Police Detective Miller at 517-641-6271, message the Bath Township Facebook page or you can also call the Crime Stopper Hotline anonymously at 1-855-840-7867 or 517-483-7867. A cash reward is being offered.
