It's National Napping Day. It makes sense that it would come the day after we turn our clocks ahead and lose an hour of sleep. But there's something new on the horizon to help. It's called "Nap Bar". According to Click2Houston.com, Nap Bar will open in downtown Houston (near Rice University) on April 1st. When it's open, you'll be able to walk in to Nap Bar, go into a private pod with a blanket or headphones and take a nap for 20-26 minutes.

I have to admit, now that the kids are out of the house and I'm home in the afternoon by myself, I'm lucky enough to take a nap from time to time. I know not everyone has that opportunity. So, maybe downtown Lansing or East Lansing could use a "Nap Bar".

Of course, you could always "Costanza" it and nap under your desk. There was a whole episode about it on "Seinfeld". George had it down to a science:
