There’s a Brand New Eatery Has Just Opened in East Lansing

East Lansing has another eatery that has opened its doors.

The Lansing area has seen, and will continue to see, a spectacular amount of growth when it comes to new restaurants in the area.

In East Lansing alone, multiple restaurants have opened in the last four months. One North Kitchen & Bar opened in December 2024, and I Heart Mac & Cheese and More opened in January 2025. Now, we have another opening we can add to the list.

A New Eatery Has Opened in East Lansing

East Lansing has a brand new eatery in the form of Angela's Mediterranean Food.

Angela's is a cafe style eatery that serves a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch items, with a specialization in Mediterranean items.

Angela's is located at 350 Albert Street in East Lansing, formerly, the location for PHO Vietnamese Restaurant.

When Did Angela's Open?

Angela's had it's soft opening on February 27th, and since then has been serving up all kinds of deliciousness.

Their social media photos had me drooling, so I gave them a try, and I wasn't disappointed.

The service was friendly and fast, the prices excellent for the quality and quantity of food, and it was just downright delicious. Here's a picture of the bacon scramble that I got.

It comes with bacon, herb goat cheese, tomatoes, and spinach with a side of homemade potatoes. Perfected crisped and salted potatoes on the outside with a soft center.

Oh, and you know I picked up dessert, here's the carrot cake. Also, top tier.
