Two Eateries are Taking Over the Former Tim Horton's in Lansing

A new business (technically two) is coming to Lansing.

If you've driven along Jolly Road in Lansing between Dunckel and Aurelius Roads, then you've probably noticed the old Tim Horton's.

What's Happening at the Old Tim Horton's on Jolly Road in Lansing?

That Tim Horton's has sat there, vacant and kind of sad, since it closed in late 2017. However, recently, there has been some activity there.

In January this year (2025), some construction got under way at the former Tim Horton's.

A little birdy told me that there were some rumblings in a Lansing Facebook group, with some people saying what was coming to the former Tim Horton's.

Now, it's no longer rumblings, as I have confirmation...

Two eateries in one are taking over the former coffee shop. Lansing can welcome an Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon combo.

A combination Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon will be setting up shop in the former Tim Horton's.

When are Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon Opening in Lansing?

At this time, there is no specified opening date for the combo eatery; only listings on their respective websites that say "Coming Soon" to 2540 East Jolly Road, Lansing.

While this won't be the only Auntie Anne's in the area (there's a location in the Lansing Mall, in Downtown East Lansing, and in the Meridian Mall in Okemos), this will be the first Cinnabon in Lansing.

All I have to say is that these are going to be open way too close to the radio station, and that could be dangerous.
