This week, on "Stump the Chumps", your fellow WITL listener Brandy asked, "What is Star Wars character Yoda's first name?"

The answer? "Minch".

That's right. Minch Yoda. BUT - it could have been crazier. According to StarWars.com, when George Lucas wrote the first outline of the story for The Empire Strikes Back, the character we now know as Yoda was named...get ready....."Buffy". Thankfully, George had famed science fiction author and screenwriter Leigh Brackett write what would be the first draft of the script - and she changed the name to Minch Yoda, which was eventually changed to just Yoda.

Here's the story - plus some other facts about Star Wars you can use to amaze your friends and family this weekend.

By the way, if you live in Jackson, don't ever go up against our listener Brandy, when it comes to Star Wars trivia. She knows her stuff.
