Michigan’s Favorite 4th of July Cookout Foods [Gallery]
One of my favorite parts about summer is being able to pull out the grill. Sure, we can cook our food any other way but the grill is best.
Where are my "Grill Daddy" masters at? They'll agree with me because it's their favorite thing to do.
However, some of us don't enjoy grilling and want someone else to do the work for us.
Did we forget about the Craigslist ad from a couple of years ago that was titled 'NEEDED: Generic Father for Backyard BBQ?'
Joke or not, the ad's hilarious. It's basically a group of dudes on the search for a father figure who has years of grilling experience that would refer to them as "Big Guy" or "Sport" while drinking a beer and tending the grill for a day.
4th of July is the best time for a cookout and you want to know what I won't be doing this weekend? Grilling, that's what. It's not that I don't enjoy it, it's that I don't know how to get the damn thing going.
I don't know about you, but I don't think I'd trust someone who doesn't know how to work a grill to cook my food.
