Michigan scout sold HOW MUCH popcorn?
Mason Schlafer, 11, of Norton Shores (just south of Muskegon) doesn't like leaky camping tents. So, according to MLive.com, he's buying some new tents for he and his scouting buddies. With the $57,000 dollars he made from selling popcorn.
You read that right. $57,000.
Last year Mason sold more than $20,000 worth of popcorn, which made him the top seller in the region. This year, selling $57,000 of popcorn makes him Number One - in the nation.
This is what you can do when you go outside the "family and parent's co-workers" plan.
