Sander's Bumpy Cake

When we say coney in Michigan, we're talking about coney dogs. An all-beef dog in a natural casing, in a (preferably steamed) bun, covered in Detroit or Flint-style chili, and topped with mustard and diced, raw onions.

Vernors, the cure for what ales ya. If you were ever home sick in Michigan, chances are you were given some Vernors with your chicken noodle soup, all while you watched The Price is Right.
