World of Winter
All the way through March 1, Grand Rapids is the World of Winter. Enjoy ice sculptures, relax with a little "snowga" (snow yoga), see if you have what it takes to win the Great Lakes Snow Snake Competition and more!
Art installation tours and food trucks are included in the celebration too. Plug in at several locations all around downtown Grand Rapids.
The UP 200
Did you know Michigan hosts annual sled dog races?
The UP 200 takes place the weekend of February 14-15 from Marquette to Grand Marais then back. This is actually a qualifying race for the famous Iditarod!
Perchville USA
Fishing tournaments, cornhole tournaments, parades, and a "Polar Bear Swim" are just a few of the fun things to enjoy during the annual Perchville USA celebration in East Tawas.
Be sure to save room for a delicious fish dinner while you're there. It all happens February 5-8.

Lunar New Year Celebration
Dancing, food, crafts and more await you during the Lunar Year Celebration at the Detroit Riverfront!
The days-long celebration kicks off February 14 at Robert C. Valade Park in Detroit.

The 11th annual Michigan Nordic Fire Festival happens February 27-March 1 at the Eaton County Fairgrounds in Charlotte.

The annual Lansing Bourbon Fest is scheduled for February 21 at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Grand Avenue in Lansing.
